April Lockhart
April Lockhart (born July 4 in 1995) started her musical journey in the 7th grade when she took piano and guitar classes. When she was 12 years old, April wrote her first song Different. The singer spent much of her the time of 14 writing songs and practicing the piano. The songwriting began alongside her father at home in NY and LA within a short time. April also added additional themes to the song "Take My Hand" for some of friends who dealt with problems like peer pressure, disabilities, and even teens who committed suicide. Lockhart is also gaining a growing popularity as a lifestyle influencer and is employed by the renowned Clean Beauty company Ilia. She was born without a left hand and that creates her unique. However, this isn't the only thing about her. The account on Instagram of Lockhart doesn't deny her handicap. It also doesn't emphasize the issue. The message? It's crucial to understand that everyone has multiple faces. Our identities are varied and we are much more than our bodies. Lockhart said via video that she didn't want to be defined by her disability. She doesn't wish to become an advocate for disabled people who only speaks about it. There are many aspects to Lockhart. This doesn't influence my day-to-day life. I go about the same way as I always do and have found my own methods to adjust. But it's also a part of me and I feel it's essential to discuss. Lockhart is a huge source of inspiration for her female friends in the area of acceptance of oneself. Even so, Lockhart admits that she has had periods when she felt uncomfortable with her appearance and wearing clothing that showed her arms. Today, she wears what she's comfortable in and post pictures of herself in these outfits on social networks with a sense of pride. Self-love, according to her, is like a journey. "I don't think you'll be in that place," she said. This is true for everyone, regardless of how much they are afraid. I believe having friends around you who really are aware of you and know your feelings is crucial since they'll be those who remind you What are you worried about?
