Hi, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my stunning fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I write about my experiences - highs, lows and everything that in-between. I immigrated to America with my family and brothers at the age of one and a half years old I would not be living my life and sharing it with you if it wasn't since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. With the knowledge that I was destined for a brighter and better future, I strived to make them proud and had tunnel vision regarding the success. I had a plan in life: go to the college of my choice, then get a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have children. The dream life I had envisioned to live was not as was what it ended up being. When I was in 2013, I started fearful of going to work. position because of the amount of money and fame that did not bring me joyas I believed I was just wasting my time on a salary when I knew I was meant for something more. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. In addition, I was a fan of being social and giving the back to those around me. It led me on one of my new paths and to the realm of personal training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be having a successful 7 years this year, 2021. Few Asian women work in this area. I aim to become a catalyst within the business to offer expert coaching for people to live a more healthy and happier individual by developing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I would like others to feel empowered and able to pursue their goals and accomplish whatever they would like to achieve in life. My mother's passing in the midst of my career was taking off and I suffered the most devastating loss of my life. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over and she rests in Heaven. She will forever be in my heart and mind. The lessons of life can often be hid from our eyes, but they can be highly valuable. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. This was the time for her to move on to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilled life. Now in my 30s I feel a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like you're just an ordinary person anymore. This is my story to share for you to ensure that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts to help you realize that you're not in the dark in your journey, and for you to realize that you are beyond capable of anything you set your eyes on. You can be sure that the true love has a place in the world where therapy is normal and necessary, that being healthy is the most valuable kind of wealth. In the end, death is all there is in this world I wish you a great time in your life and die without regrets.
