Jennifer Garner, who was born and was raised in Charleston West Virginia, on April 17, 1973, was born in Houston, Texas. William John Garner was her father. In it she played the teenage girl trapped in a thirtyyears old body. Garner decided to choose Gary Winick to direct the film. They were looking at other projects together until his death in 2011. Garner was appointed artist ambassador in 2011 by Save the Children U.S.A. The role includes promoting national literacy, nutrition, and early childhood education. Garner is a board member of this non-profit organization from 2014. She is a proponent of early learning for children. As an ambassador she visits frequently with families that participate in Early Steps to School Success, a program that coaches parents on ways to support the children in learning.
